Travel Grant Opportunities

PEARC25 is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible conference experience by reducing financial barriers that can prevent participation—especially for early-career professionals and those with dependent care responsibilities.

To support this mission, PEARC25 offers two travel grant programs:

  • Dependent Care Travel Grant – Designed to assist attendees who have caregiving responsibilities, including child care and elder care. This grant can help cover the cost of in-home care while attending the conference or travel expenses for dependents and/or caregivers who accompany the attendee.

  • Early Career Travel Grant – Aimed at supporting individuals in the early stages of their careers, this grant helps offset key travel-related expenses such as airfare, lodging, local transportation, and conference registration fees.
