Proceedings Guidelines
Author's Rights
ACM encourages authors to post pre-print, submitted, and/or accepted versions of their ACM papers on non-commercial publicly accessible websites, including personal homepages or websites managed by their employers, institutional repositories, agency or research funder websites or repositories, pre-print services such as arXiv, and other non-commercial websites.

Camera-Ready Manuscripts
Authors of accepted full and short papers and extended abstracts of posters and visualization will be invited to prepare their Camera-Ready Manuscripts for inclusion in ACM PEARC Proceedings and upload it to the ACM TAPS (The ACM Publishing System) platform. Authors of accepted papers should address reviewer comments for the camera-ready version. More information on the process of uploading camera-ready versions will be shared with the authors of accepted papers through EasyChair. The camera-ready manuscripts must be submitted by July 1.
If you experience difficulties uploading your camera-ready files into the ACM TAPS (The ACM Publishing System) platform, email TAPS support at [email protected] or reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible; someone will be able to help you with your submission.
Important note on Page Limits and Camera-Ready Manuscript: The camera-ready manuscripts use two-column format. This may change the final page count and your figure placements. Authors should not be concerned about a reduction in page count on the camera-ready manuscript – just incurring that the paper flows acceptably after compiling.
Official Publication Date
The official publication date is the date when the proceedings are made available in the ACM Digital Library. The official publication date affects the deadline for any patent filings related to published work. (For those rare conferences whose proceedings are published in the ACM Digital Library after the conference is over, the official publication date remains the first day of the conference.)
