The PEARC25 Conference has hotel room blocks at the Hilton Columbus Hotel located next to the Columbus Convention Center.

Group rates will be valid until Friday, June 27, 2025 or when the room blocks are full. Any rooms booked after this reservation due date will be made within the hotels’ current availability. Click “reserve a room” below to make your reservations.

Book through the PEARC website for event room blocks and avoid companies falsely posing as a partner of the event. Attendees who book rooms through a “third-party room website” do not help the conference keep costs down, or allow attendees to receive group negotiated benefits.
