As one of the largest and fastest-growing conference series dedicated to the research computing and data (RCD) community, PEARC25 provides a global forum for students and professionals to discuss challenges, opportunities, and solutions for advanced research and data-intensive computing. The conference theme this year is The Power of Collaboration. You are invited to join us for this exciting in-person opportunity to participate in important conversations and showcase your solutions with prospective customers, colleagues, and students.
A well-respected and growing mid-sized conference, PEARC gives you access to hundreds of research technology professionals – many from larger institutions. Yet, it remains intimate enough to allow you to make deeper, more valuable professional connections with those attendees. Exhibiting at PEARC is more affordable, less logistically complex, and allows for greater customization and more personal attention than you would receive at most larger conferences. All this can mean greater value and return on investment for you and your staff.
The PEARC25 exhibit hall is being designed to serve as a conference “town square” that will be at the center of all the action. Registration will be located just outside the exhibit hall doors and attendees will move through the exhibits to access all plenary sessions. Most meals and breaks will also be served in the same room as the exhibits, ensuring that all conference attendees will be drawn to visit the space. This year’s impressive exhibit hall space is large, modern, fully carpeted, and is surrounded by unique balconies that will allow attendees to overlook the entire exhibit floor.

About the conference
Featuring tutorials, workshops, plenary talks, panels, and in-depth technical content, PEARC25 offers opportunities for experts in the field to enhance their skills and gain new experience in advanced research computing and also introduces users and support staff to state-of-the-art tools, technologies, and methods to enable cutting-edge computational science. The conference includes a dynamic student program with a focus on diversity and inclusion, bringing together researchers, students, and prospective users from various backgrounds to generate new ideas and come up with solutions for various advanced computing challenges.
