Code of Conduct
The ACM PEARC Conference is dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone. The ACM PEARC Conference will not tolerate harassment of participants or unacceptable behavior in any form. All communication should be respectful and appropriate for a professional audience, including people of many different backgrounds.
All attendees are subject to the ACM Code of Ethics and ACM Policy Against Harassment. Attendees violating these policies may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers.
How to Report Unacceptable Behavior
Any individual who experiences unacceptable behavior at any ACM activity should follow the ACM Procedures for Reporting Unacceptable Behavior. These procedures include contacting PEARC21 officials (details below).
This policy applies only to unacceptable behavior at ACM-sponsored activities, including the PEARC21 Conference. Complaints regarding other issues should be addressed as described under the applicable ACM policy. For example, complaints about papers and publications should be made under either ACM’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct or its Plagiarism Policy.
If you wish to report a breach of the Code of Conduct experienced or witnessed during the PEARC21 Conference, please email [email protected]. Conference organizers will respond as soon as possible and all reports will be treated confidentially.
